   家に帰ると妻が必ず死んだふりをしています follows the Kagami marriage, Jun and Chie Kagami. After Jun broke up a 3 year relationship, he is concerned about his marriage with Chie, not because it is not working it is just because Jun statistically believes if a marriage lasts more than 3 years they as a couple were meant to each other then, that's why he is worried about his current wife since they are almost at their third anniversary and he fears she is not the one.

Some of the times Chie died

   At first, he doesn't get what's going on with Chie and gets kind of mad about it. "She needs to stop", he thinks, but he won't tell her immediately instead, he will play along.

Some more times Chie died

   On the other hand, pretending to be dead is Chie's way to keep Jun's love and attention (what a particular way! but so sweet though). He begins to feel awkward and uneasy with this whole situation so he gets Chie a job, but that never stopped her from pretending her death day after day Jun arrives home from work.

Chie as Ultraman, I mean, she loves him for sure

   Marriage is hard, however, having someone willing to act ridiculous just to get your attention is worth their weight in gold. This is a beautiful story everyone should watch. Besides, it is said this movie is based on real-life events.
